It was a great experience. They brought a crew of 4 people that cleaned everything top to bottom. They were very friendly, but still quite professional.

He arrived late; however, was apologetic and got to work right away. The scum around the edge of the tile did not come clean with the steam cleaner as was expected, so he had to come back at a later time to finish as it was late on a Friday evening. He did return the following week, scrubbed by hand around much of the tile to get it clean as promised. When finished the job was done to my satisfaction. The price was fair. They kept to the amount of the bid even though it took longer than expected. And, expected no money until the work was finished. It was nice to see customer friendly service for a change.
