They are a hoot to visit, They are hilarious and fun! Most people who deal with computers are; I used to be a programmer too so I know. They were good and did a good professional job and I like them very much. There was one time I called them with a question and they gave me some help and did not even charge. I thought that was nice too. I would definitely use them again. The last time I saw them it cost about a hundred bucks for some resetting, and clean up. I thought he was a little bit pricey but I got what I paid for. I took the computer to them and they dealt with it and I got it when they said I would get it back. They were professional and I would use them in the future.

The first time my husband took our computer there and it wasn’t me.  I wanted to go to another location and but he decided that he would go to this one.  My husband was happier than I was.  We got our computer back about six weeks ago.  Now it got another and so we took it back.  They fixed it again and we got it back last night.  They just thought that it didn’t have enough memory.  So they added some memory to it because they said that was the problem.  Honestly I didn’t know.  It came set up with all the software and stuff we bought.  I thought that it had enough memory for that software.  They said that it had windows XP on it and that it didn’t have enough memory for that.  The first time they had our system for nine days.  This time they took it in on Thursday and we got it back on Monday night.  It was lot better than the first time.

When I called in, the gentleman that answered on the phone was very helpful.. When I walked in, the man (one of the owners) waited on me.. He knows everything about computers, but bad people skills.. When I came in the second time, another gentleman helped me, had better people skills.. We talked about building me a new computer, and what it would be.. The price was descent, and the quality is great... It didn't take too long for them to complete the computer; plus, there is 3 year warranty for each computer... Now, the next week I was setting up the computer in my new house.. I have to have satellite Internet in the location that I live.. The installer was getting this set up and we had to call in Dr Osdicks for help... Gentleman that answered (same as before), treated myself and the installer like we were ignorant... Now, they know how to repair, and they know how to build a great computer; but, one employee (owner) needs to realize that everyone does not know computers like him...

Overall experience was excellent. The more information the user can provide, the repair tech will spend more time duplicating the problem. For casual users with minimum computer knowledge, the repair techs will perform a diagnostic test to locate areas of trouble that may be the cause or support the users explanation of the problem. The business is extremely customer oriented and seems to take a personal interest in your needs.
