Direct tv Servic

He did not have the right part and left without fixing it. Many times the schedule and never show up. Still waiting for them.

I use Direct TV and I hate it. I'm forced to use it because I have AT&T as my internet service provider. I don't have U-Verse available in my area. The cost is bundled up with my AT&T. It is too expensive for what they give. When it rains, you don't have service. It is not a consistent service. They respond pretty well.

They are very good and responsive if you have any problem and solves it quickly. I get in touch with them about every month at the time of paying bills. You get a lot more channels than cable and so I like that. I have been with them for 18 or 19 years since the time when they first came in. They keep increasing the price. Their quality of service is great. I would continue to use them.

Direct tv Servic is okay. They gave us several discounts because of my AAA membership and things like that. I like them better then other companies because it works better in terms of navigation with the TV and everything.

I have been a good client of DirectTV for over 10yrs,and have paid my bills,untill recently when I fell behind,but on the 12/22/2012 I paid half the bill and told them I would pay the rest on 1/17/2013, but on the 12/24/2012 they took the rest of there payment out without my permission,and now I cant pay my rent. I know I owed them! but you would think after of 10yrs of beeing a loyal client they would give me some leeway here. I wiil never use Direct TV again They say there lower then most and you get more chennels,I think they are very delusional about that.

We have been using them for about five years or so. I would continue to use them.

I have used them for about 6 months and will use them again in the future.

I like them because of the quality of the product, their punctuality and their professionalism. They only time I don't get reception is when its pouring rain and when it lets up it comes back.
