Had David Evans Roofing put up new roofing on our house and detached garage (over $13K) in 2011 with a 20 yr warranty. In 2020 had a leak that he said wasn’t his problem so I hired another local company to repair. This year I had another roof leak in a different area (still under warranty) and after he came out to look at the roof in April, he said he would send a crew out. Now it’s July and still no crew. Called him 3 separate times with no response. Finally returned my call and he said he would not honor the warranty because I had another company come do a repair and that voided the warranty. Long story short-not worth the hassle. I see from other reviews that he seems to have an issue with honoring warranties. Caveat Emptor (buyer beware!).

Our experience with David Evans Roofing was unfortunate. We had several problems shortly after the roof was installed. We found their office staff to be unprofessional and unwilling to honor the warranty for problems.

We hired David Evans Roofing in August of 2016 Just a few months later we had a roof leak that they came out and repaired it. 3 months later, (January 10, 2016) I discovered 4' feet of gutter that was loose from the roof so called David Evans Roofing to have someone come out and repair it. The office manager who answered the phone was initially just unprofessional then became quite rude. She became angry and cut me off while I was explaining the problem with the gutter to tell me that we used a contract gutter company and that David Evans Roofing was not responsible. Our written contract with David Evans Roofing clearly states the replacement of all of our gutters in the description and pricing of the project. We also have noticed another roof leak this past week which is 3 problems (that we know of) in less than a year. We feel our warranty is of no value and that the work performed is not acceptable workmanship. Our experience with David Evans Roofing has been very negative and we feel this is an unprofessional company.
