Vick found out that my board was bad he found a board and replaced it before noon. Also switch my system from blowing low to high for better circulation.

It went great! The diagnosed the cause of the unit's failure to function as an electrical installation problem, (and referred me to a fantastic electrician who fixed it), rather than trying to sell me a new unit I didn't need (just because he probably could have taken advantage of this little old lady-me), and now that the electrical problem is fixed and the unit is functioning gloriously in this once-in-a-century heatwave, I will have the A/C guy return to do a deep cleaning of the unit. I really appreciated their honesty and integrity and the great referral. I will definitely be using them both on a regular basis for both large and small projects in the future!

The technician identified and solved the problem with one hour. Before contacting the technician via Angi, three technicians and three trips from a company fail to provide solution for the problem. The Angi listed technician provides an excellent second opinion and solution for the heating system problem.

Vic was absolutely excellent from the first point of contact to finishing the job. He communicated promptly, never made me wait to hear back from him like other contractors do. I got a prompt call from an AirTek professional who showed up on a weekend to service our AC units. He did excellent work at a fair price and showed exactly what was wrong and explained what more needed to be done, but got things working well enough.

Vic was awesome. He responded fast On the same day. We had several people out before and it always was that there was nothing wrong. He was able to get to the root of the problem and explained what was wrong. Our A/C went down during a heat wave in July. AirTek called us immediately and was out in our backyard working within the hour. 6pm on a Saturday! Vic was awesome.
