I paid for an Angie's List deal to try out new cleaners with the hope of hiring a company for regular service. This company gave conflicting dates / day when trying to initially schedule and conveniently responded after the fact so no services were performed. They also have never responded to voice messages. They took the money for the deal but three years later have yet to perform the services even with Angie's List intervention. Two profiles exist for the same cleaner - the name on this company is the name of the woman that initially responded to my scheduling. She has still not responded as of today.

They cleaned my blinds, baseboards and ceiling fans. They do an immaculate job. Cynthia is very sweet and will do whatever you ask to be done. I would recommend A Touch of Class for housecleaning services.

The cleaner was to arrive between 11:30 and 12:00. She had not arrived by 1:00 so I call the Touch of Class office. I was told the cleaner was on her way. She arrived about 1:15 and began working at 1:30. This was a disappointment since I had left work in order to be home by 11:15.
The cleaner was professional and friendly. She worked steadily for three hours, using her own supplies. She used a feather duster for the furniture legs and arms, as well as for window sills; I would have preferred hand dusting. The three rooms were basically well cleaned. There was dust left on several surfaces that were to have been cleaned but overall the cleaning was thorough. It should be noted that the house was relatively clean having been vacuumed and dusted 8 days earlier. The areas were without clutter.

It was okay for what I paid for. The individual who came out stayed the whole three hours. She was punctual and friendly. The quality could have been a little better. There were no additional fees associated with the deal. I would hire them again, but I'd like another person to come out.

Our first experience was with TOC through a Angie's List coupon deal. The manager, Cynthia, contacted us prior to the visit and explained what the coupon provided. Once this was explained, we scheduled a specific time and date. As per the agreed upon time, Cynthia personally came with another employee and they proceeded to give my house the most thorough cleaning I have received in years, although I previously had someone cleaning my house every week. We then negotiated to have service every other week and at an agreed upon price. We have been using this service biweekly for the past two months. Cynthia, the owner of the business, is open to any suggestions as to change in time, any improvements (so far there have been none) and is completely accessible. I could not be happier. As an added incentive, TOC supplies all their own equipment and supplies (an incredible savings.

That turned out very good. One house cleaner came out. I was not there when she did the cleaning, my husband was. She did the normal housecleaning; dusting, vacuuming, bathroom and kitchens. Scheduling also went well

Overall good service. Some places not dusted, some mirrors smudged after she left. I had asked for cleaning under beds, couches, etc. Some done, some not done. I had paid for 4 additional hours for deep cleaning, but some things left undone.

The lady arrived promptly and began cleaning immediately. She mopped, floors,dusted off and polished the furniture, cleaned the kitchen,all counter tops,and all three bathrooms. It was obvious that she was experienced. She was able to identify the cause of y some stains that we unable to fully clean and she removed the stains with ease!! She left my wife with a couple of tips she felt were valuable for maintaining our home. My wife was very pleased with this cleaning service. We plan on hiring them to come by once a month as we had a very good experience and were very impressed with how she cleaned our home!!

It went well until they were leaving and said that I owed another $60. I feel like if this service was going to be twice the amount of the agreed upon amount, I should have been told before the work was done. The two cleaners were here for 2 1/2 hours. I think the wording of this Big Deal is deceiving.
