SEMINARY CANOE RENTAL

We let the representatives know someone would need to come get the both canoes, as one was taking on water.  The gentleman that came was a real jerk.  He said that we were drunk, which I had only brought 4 beers for the trip with me.  I was not drunk.  He was calling names, threatening to beat me up, and told me that nothing was wrong with the canoe.  Once we got back and his buddy had seen the canoe was taking on water he told me to not say another word about it or he would whoop my ***.  I went up the next morning, asked for a refund, and apologized that someone had to come collect the canoe mid trip.  He said I flipped the canoe, would not give a refund, and threatened to beat me up or have me thrown in jail.  This was a terrible experience!  I had spoke with one of his associates before going up to get a refund, and the associate had said that it was not me that had caused the problem.  Some people before us had started a fight with the owner, and there was a physical altercation between them.  It wasn't so much of us, but the previous altercation that put him in a bad mood.  The owner, Stacey, is a school yard bully with a poor attitude.
