He was so professional, courteous and efficient! He arrived exactly as he told me he would, quickly assessed my problem and fixed everything perfectly! I will certainly recommend him to others and wonâ t hesitate to call him again if thereâ s another electrical problem.

I hired this man to perform basic electrical work at my elderly mother's house. Everything went smoothly until the work was done. He communicated well, and he arrived on the agreed upon date and time. One of the two lights on one fixture he installed has never worked. Additionally, he discarded pieces of wires in the yard. I contacted him the day after the work was performed, and he promised to return and attempt to remedy the issue. Weeks went by, and I didn't hear from him. Finally he texted me that he'd stop by the house on a certain day. That day came and went. It's been over five weeks since I last received any communication from him. Yesterday I texted him to express my frustration, and he blamed the lights' manufacturer and advised he wouldn't return without an additional charge. That'is hardly an excuse for his failure to follow up on his promise to return to work on the light that never worked. He was very professional until he got my money. I asked him about what lights I should purchase, and I again asked him if the lights I picked out were what I needed. At no time during the installation process did he ever express concern or doubt about the type, brand, or quality of the lights I purchased. Furthermore, the light that isn't functioning has failed to work properly since he left the house. I'm not sure how accurate his troubleshooting by osmosis (concluding that the problem is the light itself) can be since he never returned as promised to inspect the light. He'll maintain that he stands by his work, but the light hasn't worked properly since he installed it and he failed to return to determine the problem as promised. While at the house he recommended a more expensive electrical repair that he "noticed." When I have that more costly work and any other electrical project performed, I won't be hiring him. I'm sure there are reputable electricians out there, but he's not one of them. For anyone looking for a competent, trustworthy electrician on the Mississippi Coast, look elsewhere. He'll argue that there are two sides to every story. I couldn't agree more. There's my side. And there's the side of the man who installed an outdoor light fixture, was advised the following day that said fixture wasn't working properly, promised to return to look at it (I have the texts), promised again to return on a certain date (I have the texts), and failed to appear and even try to contact me about it. Caveat emptor.

Very professional. Easy to communicate with. Work was mostly outside so there were weather issues. But he was able to find time in his schedule to get back and finish the wiring before the hot tub arrived. Highly recommend using Mr. Dale for electrical work.

Came out on a Sunday on short notice. Diagnosed the problem, found a bad breaker, which could possibly have caused a fire. Check things out and didn't charge an arm and leg. Need I say more. If needed I will call again.

Dale was very professional & fairly priced. We are first time home buyers & needed some electrical worked done. Someone suggested to try Home Advisor & Dale s information showed up. I requested a quote & he got in contact with me within two minutes. I opted for him to come on a Saturday because of my work schedule, but he said he could be there as early as the next day if I changed my mind. The entire process was really quick, start to finish. He s very polite too, my neighbor ended up getting his business card because of how personable he is

I had to get some outlets upgraded in a house I was selling. I called Dale. He came out the next day and kept me informed about the work he was doing. He purchased additional supplies he needed and was finished very quickly. The closing went off successfully....Thank you Dale! Great job!

Dale did an excellent job wiring and installing 4 recessed lights in my master bedroom. His work was efficient and tidy, leaving no mess behind for me to clean up. I would highly recommend his services to my friends and family.

Dale was here on time, a little early, in fact. Work was completed quickly and well. This was a small job, but if we had more work, we would call him again. He was very flexible on the timing for the work. The price was in line, and overall, we are very happy with the job he did.
