custom furniture
 + -1 more- Exceptionally poor quality furniture / exceptionally poor quality customer service; Furniture bought at Macy's Aug 2010 for light household use; Furniture frames and seat cushion cores defective; Furniture repaired in 2012 after nearly 12 months of chasing warranty claim; Furniture again needing repair in 2013 - it is now June 2014 and there as been no response to our phone calls or e-mails In all, I believe we have called and e-mailed company more than 10 times with newest claim without response.
