Looks great. Had to have them come back and redeodorize carpets. Not their fault. Stinky cats fault! On time. Very nice.

They came on day after I called, promptly, and as usual (have used them for years) did an amazing job! I particularly like that the carpets are not left excessively wet--they are totally dry by the next day.

I got them off Angies List. They did a fine job. They were there when they said they would be there. They were quick and efficient. It was clean when they left. They did it on short notice. The price was reasonable. All the things I think would be important for a carpet cleaner they did well.

They were pretty prompt. I guess what they quote on TV and what they do at home is different. They said $99 for 3-4 rooms but I guess their description of a room is based on size and not a room.

They do a good job. they are not the best, but they are priced below the competition and they are consistent with the quality and price. They don't make you feel ripped and the carpets get cleaned. They leave fans on to help it dry. They are always on time. They seem to know what they are doing.

Stanley Steemer did a good job. They got up a lot of spots I had tried to remove. They worked on them and did a good job. We also got a quote for cleaning grout and it was very expensive so we did not go through with that.

I have used Stanley Steamer twice a year for 8 years now. Best description of their service is inconsistent since each crew does the job differently. Sometimes they prop up furniture and other times not. I was most unpleasantly surprised that they could not remove an ink stain from a discarded ball point pen. (My husband got it up with Amodex). Another time they did a fair/poor job on a coffee stain. It takes all day and sometimes overnight for the carpet to completely dry.

They did an excellent job. I called at the last minute on a Wednesday. I expected they would be booked up due to the upcoming holiday, but asked if they were available Saturday. They said yes. They were here promptly at 8am. 30 minutes later they were finished. It was great. They had great quality and they were prompt. They were definitely professional. I have used them in the past and I will continue to use them. They are convenient and professional. They move my furniture and put the stoppers under all my furniture to protect the wood from the wet carpet.
