The salesman did a good job. While we were waiting on the car to get off the ruck he took us to lunch.

They do good work. They charge quite a lot. Twice as much to change the oil then yourself. They also do a 50,000 mile check and that costs several hundred dollars.

Patty Peck Honda has the best customer service of any car dealership that I have ever been to. They really go above and beyond to take care of their customers. I will buy from them again and have my vehicles serviced there.

I purchased my Honda CR-V from Robert Mack at Patty Peck. I have also used their service department for all maintenance on it and have never had anything but a pleasant experience there. Robert set the tone by being an honest and helpful salesman and any contact I have had with them has been an easy and pleasant experience. Once someone got oil on one of my floor mats when my husband took it for an oil change. He of course didn't notice. When I got in and saw the oil I stopped next time I was near the dealership and they not only cleaned my carpet they washed the vehicle to boot all with smiles on their faces. I can honestly say I have rarely visited a dealership with such a customer oriented staff. They have earned my loyalty.

I have used Patty Peck now for several years to service my Hondas--first an Accord and now a Fit. The fast service department is quick and efficient. They are reasonably priced. I have been extremely pleased with the service. They have a valet service if the repair is going to be more than a short time. They have ferried me round trip about 25 miles on occasion. They don't recommend unnecessary expensive repairs. In short, they get the job done with minimal inconvenience. Highly recommend.

I had just had a new windshield installed following the hail storm that occured in March and because of that I had no state inspection sticker on my car. It took about 10 minutes because they have the rapid service area for the little thing.
I have used the rapid service area before to get oil changes and they have actually told me when I did not need an oil change not to get it instead of doing something I did not need.

Currently have 2011 Toyota Camry. Have taken my vehicle to this Honda dealership since expiration of Toyota service warranty. The customer service I've received at Patty Beck's has been exceptional. This in the only place I'll take my vehicles for routine maintenance.

They were courteous when I called and when I arrived the gentleman that came out to receive me was very friendly and customer service oriented. When I picked the vehicle up the lady at the computer had a big wad of some sort of food in her mouth that she chewed on the entire time I was there waiting on her to input my vehicle information.

Performed the oil change quickly and professionally. They always give my '05 Honda Accord a good looking over to make sure everything is still working properly. Because I bought the car there they rotate the tires for free. If you have a Honda and you want to make sure everything is working properly I highly suggest taking it to Patty Peck for every oil change.

I have been pleased with their service. I don't usually go to a dealer for service, but they have been the exception. Their prices are comparable. They do good work. I like using them. They pretty well with avaiablility. The one time they couldn't finish my car in time they gave me a loaner for no additional charge.

I had a great experience with the service agent, they were very friendly.
