They have come out twice and I am still seeing some roaches. I am not happy with the quality of the service.

They do the commercial pest control at my work and when I said I needed it at home, they were at my house as soon as I made the appmt. Very nice, extremely professional, they took care of my home service AND the wasp problem on my back deck - under the deck actually.

We've been using them for 15 to 20 years. They do a good job.

It's a young lady that does it. She always gives me a call. She lets me know when she is coming and she shows up then. She is always on time, friendly, pleasant, and I just love her to pieces. She is becoming a friend. I see her 3 times a month. I liked there plan and method of work better than others. The price was cheaper than the other company I checked. There was a time I had to wait for a call back.

I am on a contract with them and they come out every six weeks. I like them pretty well because they come out on a scheduled visit. If I have any problems then I can call them. They will come back without any additional cost. When we signed up for it, we had a new subdivision. They basically targeted this subdivision and offered a special rate based on them coming out and billing more people at one time. It was called the block price or something like that. It seemed very good. There has been a little bit of back and forth with the contact and all that. I wish that they had the online billing and payment options but they don't. They are not super fantastic but they are acceptably good for the most part. I am going to continue to use them in the future.
