we hired kelty to replace tile flooring in entry way due to crack down the middle of floor. paid extra for additional sub flooring to be installed and hired foundation company to consult whether house was shifting. was told there were no significant foundation issues. 5 months after kelty completed the job, the same crack in the same location occurred. kelty refused to repair/replace. despite kelty being in business 20 years, our experience with them was a complete disaster and a waste of thousands of dollars. their own subcontractor told us the tile was too thin and that we should have been instructed to select a thicker tile. very shoddy with details. buyer beware.

It went well except for them being late and not keeping my wife informed of their being late which was an incovenience for her. Everyone was polite and professional. They kept the bathroom cleaned up and kept their tools out of our way. I'd have them again.

They were on time. They were professional, courteous and neat. The work was excellent. The workers were good and professional. I would absolutely use them again in the future.
