I've rarely had such a bad customer experience and I've gone through it twice.  I purchased a Stihl Trimmer a few years ago and when I asked them a few questions they laughed as though I were an idiot.  For some reason I went back recently and bought a Stihl chainsaw.  There's a young guy in there, assuming a member of the family, who couldn't care less about service.  It's like you're taking his valuable time to be his customer.  While I was finishing the deal at the register he called someone over to finish the transaction because he got a phone call.  He walks across the room, sits down and starts chatting.  No "thanks for buying" no smile, nothing.  The employees seemed apologetic.  It's too bad this is the only Stihl dealer in this area.
