I called this company who I had trusted in the past and been so happy with that I spent tens of thousands with since 2006 when I bought this house.. He did not return the call. It took several calls to even get a call back. When I DID finally get the call, the owner was RUDE and said he only does small jobs now (okay) but recommended a former employee, Albert. I called Albert and he was busy but "i'LL CALL YOU NEXT WEEK. This was the third time he said the same thing but did not call back. I removed their number from my phone. I guess my money is no longer good enough for them.

Overall, it was okay. Kinda expensive and he kept insisting that I should by an American made product. Nothing wrong with that except I think the Rheems are better. I guess I'll wait and see.

Their work has always been satisfactory. They are our go to people because they respond quickly and they arrive when they say they are going to. If we call, he is here in a minute. I trust him and I would feel comfortable leaving him alone in my house. He is very friendly.
