The whole process was easy and stress-free start to finish.

Steve Gilmore, owner of this towing service, showed up within five minutes of the time he said he'd be there. He had a BRAND NEW tow truck, one he had just picked it up yesterday; this tow truck had all the latest technology, including a TV camera on the lifting arm, so he could precisely position the arm under the car from inside his truck cab. It took him only about two minutes to have the car hooked up to the tow truck - it took him about five more minutes to fasten the required securing straps to the car. He followed me in my other car about nine miles to my selected repair shop and delivered the car safely there. He was very pleasant, chatty, professional, and one of the key things for me, he did NOT overcharge. In spite of being called out late (5:30PM) on a Friday afternoon, he only charged $65 for the tow. My repair shop guy told me he expected a tow like this would have cost closer to $150, so I was pleased with the rate.

Met with Steve, he called around for parts & availability while I sat there & waited, it went very smoothly. Two days later I returned and left my car with him all day to do the necessary repairs & the work was done to my satisfaction and I would refer them to anyone.
