+ -1 moreIt’s specifically for women; you’re not surrounded by men lifting weights. Everyone there is nice and informed and they teach you how to lose weight and build muscle. They have childcare. The price was good, especially if you’re paying for the comfort of just having females around you. I'm considering rejoining. It's the best place around here to work out and I wouldn't go anywhere else.
