Great. The staff is friendly and there is a good variety of workout equipment to choose from, as well as fitness classes. The facility is clean, and decorated nicely.

It’s specifically for women; you’re not surrounded by men lifting weights. Everyone there is nice and informed and they teach you how to lose weight and build muscle. They have childcare. The price was good, especially if you’re paying for the comfort of just having females around you. I'm considering rejoining. It's the best place around here to work out and I wouldn't go anywhere else.
