Excellent! This is the second time Elite has put a new roof on my house. The last time was 11 years ago. Louie, the representative who helped me with the details was great. The crew worked non-stop and I mean non-stop. They also cleaned up all the debris. Louie then performed a final inspection.

They did an excellent job, were punctual on the service and were competitive on pricing.
I also had them inspect the roof after two odd leaks showed up after a wind storm. I did run into issues with getting calls returned at times - this is why they received a B on responsiveness. I would definitely use them again even with the occasional issue with returned calls.

It went fine. I dealt with one of the partners before. He put a roof before about 21 years ago. It is not the same company but he got a partner. He did an excellent job the first time so I want him with the second job since he is fine and I am comfortable with him. I'll see if it will last for the next 27 years.

David was my consultant from day one. We went through everything and he gave a nice presentation of their workmanship, history, warranty, and insurance coverage. He left me with a packet and the next day I called him and agreed to go ahead with a new architect roof for my house and detached garage after the hail storm damaged our old roof. He said it would be a week or two before we could get started and it ended up being about five weeks before work began, granted there were some rainy days. The materials were delivered the day prior and the next morning, about ten men showed up and completed EVERYTHING in one day on our 2300 sq ft house plus detached garage. Everything was smooth, cleanup was great, quality looks fantastic. The only complaint was that I showed David some rotted wood on my garage that I wanted to replace before they put the shingles down over that, and he promised me that he would fire any employee who put shingles down on rotted wood. The wood was not completely rotted, but the last wood plank on the overhand had rot on the end and they still put this shingles down on there. Overall I am very happy with the quality and to support a local Jackson business that has been around for so long.

David Wilbanks of Elite Roofing of Jackson was recommended to us by one of the attorneys who works with my spousal unit at a large law firm in Jackson. Mr. Wilbanks and his crew removed the existing roof, made all necessary repairs, replaced the roof, and cleaned the site in less than three days. Mr. Wilbanks notified us when he provided the contract that Madison requires a letter from the homeowners association before the city will issue the permit to perform the work. We obtained the required letter, and he took care of the rest. We are well pleased with the service and the work done by Elite Roofing Services of Jackson. They did an excellent job installing the new roof, removing the debris, and cleaning the area when they were finished. I own motorcycles, so any roofing nails left in the yard or driveway could be disastrous, and I found none. I was so pleased that I asked David to replace the roof on my parents' house in south Jackson. They did an excellent job on it, too. They completed that job in about two days around December 6 and 7, at a cost of just under $7,500 (36.67 squares).

Very please with all work performed.
Although the price was probably on the high end, I had trouble finding a roofer with the proper credentials Elite had both adequate liability insurance and the proper roofing license from the Mississippi Board of Contractors.
Also. three days after the roof was completed, a limb fell and penetrated my new roof. Elite had the hole temporarily patched within three hours of calling them and permanent fix was completed within a week at a very reasonable price.
I will definitely call Elite again if I have any future roofing needs.

David Elliott, the project manager, was very helpful to answer my many questions. He personally managed all of the progress on the job. I appreciated all of his communication on the job. An example, a sheet of plywood needed to be replaced b/c of rotten wood and David took a picture to show me. He was very "down to earth" and reachable via cell phone.The price was good, not the cheapest and not the most expensive. I received a lot of quotes for the job. Another company saw that I received a quote from Elite and spoke very highly of them. Just a note the company who spoke highly of Elite is the only other company who has Master Elite status from GAF. Do you research - you want a roofer with this status.The team did the job when on schedule and left the site very clean.

The job was completed in two days. The crew left the site clean and orderly with no significant damage to landscape.

Great job. I would recommend David and his company anytime. He is honest and hardworking.

It was good. It took a while for them to call me back in touch. He was professional and nice. Once they started, eveything went fine. They did take care of the problem.

From the first phone call, everything was great. Louie Galey, Jr. was prompt in responding, provided an estimate quickly and was able to start and complete the job earlier than expected.

On the whole, our experience with this company was very good. Their price quote was in line with others we obtained in the area. Phone calls were returned promptly. We had a new roof within 48 hours of giving the company the "green-light." The owner and foreman showed up promptly at 8:30 am, the crew 20 minutes later. The crew was respectful of our property, laying large tarps around the house to collect debris as the old roof was removed and the new one placed. They worked from 9:00 am until dark. When my husband came home that evening, he couldn't even tell that the roofers had been there, aside from the new roof! The following day, the foreman returned to inspect our property and be sure that it had been cleaned of debris. The final price was slightly over the estimate due to finding decking that needed replacing, but this added only $300 to the cost.

A new roof on an old house can be an incredibly frustrating process. Working with Elite Roofing was wonderful. From the very beginning of choosing the color of the shingles to the end of cleaning up the nails they exhibited extreme professionalism.
