This company is the WORST plumbing company!!! Their technician came out to “fix” my faucet but failed to do so it’s entirety. His incompetence left my sink with low water pressure on the hot side. He stated that he was sending out an “experienced” plumber to fix it. He NEVER sent anyone! I reached out to him and he said he would send someone out the next week. No one EVER came! This went on for a month! He kept saying someone was coming and didn’t. Then I talked to Ashley at the front office who was RUDE and when I asked for her supervisor’s information she stated she was “out of town”. Clearly this was a LIE! This company mark your ticket completed in an effort to take your money and will NOT follow up with you! Then when you call them they tell you that you have to submit ANOTHER ticket which cost money but the first order was NOT resolved. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere!!!! I provided screenshots from the technician LYING about sending someone out.

Terrible - home warranty claim. They must get incentivized to not take work orders for the home warranty. My contract with the hw clearly states that the present issues are covered. Bobby wanted $350 to tighten a faucet. What a sham. Do not call this company. If your home warranty wants to send them, insist on any other company. Terrible. Do not use.

The technician did not address the issues inside the house. He immediately ran the snake from the front yard drain to the sewer line. After running the snake to the main sewer line twice, he concluded that the snake returned with mud on it that appeared to be gunk. He did not complete the service call, had a poor attitude, and attempted to convince me to repair the so call line running to the main sewer line. RIP OFF COMPANY! DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES!!!!!

We got Draingo through First American Home Warranty to repair the clog in the Master Bathroom toilet. We got plumber Lucas. First, he used Auger to clear the blockage. It happened again so we have to call them again. The same person, Lucas came again. I had cleared the blockage using a plunger. He said at that point there is no blockage so he cannot do anything. They want you to keep everything filthy till they show up. He wants to charge 300$ to do Camera service even though it is covered under the First American Home warranty. I requested him why he cannot remove the toilet and run the snake to clear the blockage. He wanted extra money to remove the toilet. Again it is covered under home warranty. Per Lucas - It is not covered under warranty. As many people said in their reviews their business practice looks like - to make money by screwing the customer. Unprofessional Service on September 11 and October 7. Not fixed yet

Dylan Anglin and Bradley Bouchey came out and diagnosed the problem. They dealt with the home warranty company and gave us option. They were professional, knowledgeable, and did exactly what they said they would do in a faster time frame. I would definitely hire them again!

Mr. Jeff Hamm is very kind, quick and efficient. I expected that the job would take a few hours. Mr. Hamm arrived at my home with face mask, shoe covers and was ready to work. I was pleasantly surprised about how quickly the job was completed without error. I am very satisfied. Thanks Draingo!!!

Marty was unable to service my plumbing issue. He did not have the machinery to unclog my sewage pipe. However, he informed me that the manager (Jimmy) has the necessary equipment to handle my blockage. Jimmy arrived 2 hours later, after working on a rental property drain system. He had to get on my roof to unclog my drain. This was NOT covered in my Home Warranty meaning I had to pay out of pocket. Long story short, not only was Jimmy was able to unclog my drain, he also vacuumed sewage back flow in my guest bathroom floor, clean my tub and toilet. Jimmy was able to do what other plumbers do; unclog my drain. Will use them again.

This was the worst experience I've ever had with a company. They first told me that they couldn't do anything because my water pressure was too high and offered to put a regulator in which would cost more money. I later found out that the water company would do it for free. After i got them back out to fix the original problems, it became a dispute with my homeowners warranty. I had to call the main headquarters to get that resolved. And on top of everything else, they installed the hot and cold water valves backwards.

I currently have a home warranty through American Home
Shield. According to the service representative Toshiba I have been with them
for a few years now. I have not experienced any issues with the company until
they assigned the service contractor Draingo to come out to my property and
look at some issues we were having in the kitchen. I am not sure if the service
tech Joe McGovern was having a bad day or what but that visit did not go well.
They did not have the tools they needed and constantly borrowed mine, they did
not have the parts to repair the items that were requested to be fixed and
ended up replacing my kitchen faucet with a substandard single handle faucet
that they probably picked up from Fred?s dollar store. In a few days my son
informed me that the sink drain was still leaking and that the handle to the
new faucet had come off.  I called the
company back to have someone come back to the house to look at the leak and
faulty faucet. A date was set for a service person from Draingo to come back by
and correct the issues. They called before they arrived. I took off work to
meet them. The service person informed me that they were just 10 minutes away.
I waited for them to arrive and after no one showed up I called the cell phone
number that showed up on my caller ID and the service person that I spoke to
earlier informed me that they were picking up some parts and they were about 10
miles away and show arrive soon. After about an hour I received a call from the
original plumber that accused me of breaking the faucet, he informed me that no
one would be coming to correct anything and hung up on me.

The original faucet that was installed in our house was a
very nice faucet that lasted for more than 10 years and it just needed some
gaskets to fix the leak. The frustrated plumber that was sent to our house for
the repair did not have the parts available to repair the original faucet. He
lied and said that he had a new faucet on his truck that was much better than
the one that I had and he could replace my faucet. In a few days that handle
fell off the replacement faucet from Draingo and we still have a leak.

Joe McGovern was the service tech that was sent to my
home

The company was paid their service fee and now a have a
cheap Fred?s dollar store faucet and a leak under my kitchen sink.

This whole experience with Draingo makes me have even
more respect for victims of rape.

The company Draingo was portrayed as a trusted company,
yet they sent a service person that might have been having a bad day into my
home to deceive me into believe that they could address the issues that they
were sent to solve. In the end they took my money and wasted hours of my life.

I would have been better served finding a professional plumbing
company.

This company was sent out by our Home Warranty company (First American) because water was backing up in the bathtub from the washing machines.  The tenants reported that when Draingo arrived they told them there were major breaks in the sewer lines from the house to the street and it would be $5,000 - 10,000 to fix it.  They were also showed pictures of the alleged breaks.  They did unstop the drains but charged $360 since they claimed there was no drain clean outs around the house so they had to go on the roof to do it.  (There is a perfectly visible clean-out that a three year old could find at the front of the house.)  The Draingo employee suggested that the tenants (and us) "create" some water damage in the house so the extensive repairs would be covered under the home owners' insurance policy.  Nothing like a little conspiracy to commit insurance fraud.
A second opinion was garnered from another plumber on 10/09/2015.  One small break was found in the sewer line that he estimated would cost $500 to fix.  Other video of the entire line showed no other breaks.  Bottom line, Draingo and the home warranty company will not refund money for this major sham scam they tried to pull.
Notifying the Insurance Commissioner, BBB, and Attorney General's office Monday regarding the fraudulent activities of this company.

First I called AHS to get someone to check on our water heater which was gurgling after using the shower.

Draingo came out and told me that the water heater was close to going out but they could not replace it until it broke. I read the AHS policy and that was true. Some how the drain to the overflow pan was damaged so when the water heater did begin leaking  some short time  later it leaked through the ceiling of our bedroom requiring extensive repairs. I would not use Draingo ever.
