OK except it took all day.

These people are wonderful. They are a bit on the expensive side. Family run. They do good work and you can count on it being done. If you use them regularly they often don't charge you for little things like rotating your tires. Because they are good you can't always get an immediate appointment, however they do try to work in emergencies. They only fix cars made by Honda and Acura. Here it doesn't matter who fixes your car. All of them do a good job and everyone is honest. They are fantastic. If I were to buy a new car it would almost be worth only considering Hondas so I could keep using them.

They did a great job.  Told me how much it would cost, and there were no surprises at the end. Work was completed in the timeframe they estimated.  All in all, a very good job.

They're great. I trust them, so when they tell me something needs done, I'll do it. They're great. Sometimes I can get in within a day or so, it just depends on their availability. If it's something that needs done right away, they will accommodate. They're my go to people, and I'm satisfied.

They're a great bunch of Christian guys that work there. I love doing business with them.

This provider is excellent! I used them because of their reviews on Angie's list. I called them and discussed the problems (belts making noise). They scheduled a convenient appointment, called me with a reminder, and greeted me when I arrived. The work was more extensive than we had thought and they discounted some of the labor for all of the work to make it affordable. Great guys, great family atmosphere and very comfortable.

I have been using Carshop Inc. for about 7 years and they to do top-notch, quality work! They are very thorough, courteous, trustworthy, and dependable. They specialize working on Honda, Acura, Toyota and Lexus cars. A good friend of mine recommended them and I am so happy she did and have recommended them to all. You can't go wrong with getting your car maintenance done at Carshop!!

These guys work primarily on Hondas and Acuras but they always do such a good job that I took the car by the shop to see if they would replace the starter. They took a look at it and said that they would. They had it fixed the next day and for less than they had estimated.

They service automobiles. They are very good at it. They are very professional and very knowledgeable. The owner and workers are efficient and knowledgeable. They are pretty honest.

I have had both of my Hondas serviced and /or repaired at this shop for a number of years. I have complete trust in the owner David Morse and the service advisor Steve McClintock. The work they have done to my cars has allways turned out good and I consider it a great value. I recommend the CARSHOP for all service and repair on Honda/Acura. Being able to trush the people with your vehicle is more important that anything else I can think of - THANKS GUYS FOR THE GREAT SERVICE!!!!

Overall, NOT a good experience. I asked them to repair my cigarette lighter as I had pulled it out of the console with my GPS. Also, I asked them to repair my passenger seat because it would not slide back and forth. Dropped the car off at 10:00 am. They called me at 4:05 telling me the estimate of cost. He said that it would take a lot of work to repair the cigarette lighter because they would have to take the dash out. I told them that was fine and I wanted it done. He then told me he didn't know if he could do it before they closed. He also told me that they would not have time to do the seat because they would have to take it out of the car. HELLO? You've had the car since 10:00 am. I told them to forget the car seat and repair the cigarette lighter. They also went under the hood of the car and told me that I needed a new cap for where you put the brake fluid. I DID NOT ask them to get under the hood of the car. Work on cigarette lighter completed by 5:00 pm.
