Aqua The Day Spa

After checking in all prepared for a facial, the masseuse tells me that facials is not her specialty and waxing is!!! Then she says, aqua is not earth savers or aveda, they do not use ALL natural ingredients, the products are a combination of chemical and natural products. 
At the end of the facial, my face was all red and puffed up because of the sensitivity. At check out when I brought this up to the lady at the counter, she simply brushed it off saying I will be fine in a few minutes and the lady that worked on me is certified to do facials. 

My last visit was different than usual. Some staff were in room next to where I was getting a massage, and I could hear their loud chatter. It disrupted my massage. The therapist working with me noticed also and left the room to ask them to quiet. However, I could still hear them. The therapist was sweet and discounted my visit. So, it ended up being a pleasant experience overall and I look forward to going back!

My massage with Kayla was absolutely wonderful! She helped relieve the tension and I didn't feel the tightness afterwards!

I have had great experiences there with massage. I have had a couple of massages there and they have done a great job.

I think since I have travelled a lot, this spa was just okay for me. However, I think for my area it is probably one of the better spas. Their prices are competitive as well. I will not use them again in the future.

They are a full day spa. They are accommodating and do really good work.

I'm not going to go back there. They were way to expensive compared to other places. I got a group discount coupon and they were so way to expensive. The person that did my facial was not friendly. The massage was fine and the girl who did it was nice. Everybody else is nice there but than one person that I was dealing with. The office environment is very nice. One person I didn't find to be friendly or anything because she was very distinct and didn't care for her carrier. I liked the massage but didn't care for the facial. I wouldn't go back to them because I can get similar or better services at another day spa that would be cheaper and more reasonably priced.

Got to Spa early and we were seated in a nice, comfortable waiting area and served coffee and water. At our appointment time we were taken to the spa pedicure area. They directed us to choose a polish and then choose a seat and tub to soak our feet. We soaked our feet in the tubs for 20 minutes. We were not given an overview of timeline - we just waited. Two technicians finally came in - after about two minutes I thought - "Not professionals!". The women talked badly about the manager and choice of music. This was their topic of conversation to each other and us. They described that Monday "was even worse than today." Each time a new song came over the system they talked about how awful it was and that the manager keeps changing the station.. One tech said "you just have to let it not affect you." There was NOTHING SPA about this pedicure. One positive: Several times the techs asked if we needed anything - coffee, water. Another negative: I searched for this spa at the online site of our very upscale shopping area called The Rennaisance Center in Ridgeland, MS. Aqua the Day Spa online add was very inviting...BUT the reality of the the service and spa pedicure experience was NOTHING like the advertisement.
