He showed up on the same day that we called. It was late in the afternoon. The fan had gone out on the fridge. He had to order the part and he got it 2 days later and made the repair. We have used them in the past and will use them in the future.

JW was extremely professional. Worked around my schedule because I was having other work done at my house. He came on time along with his assistant. He checked every possible thing with our refrigerator and freezer. He could not find a problem. He did offer us some suggestions about moving some items to uncover some vents. Everything has been working fine. He charged us NOTHING since he couldn't find anything. I did offer to pay, but he told me not to worry about it - just consider them again next time. What more could you possibly ask for???

I have had Appliance Specialists out twice once for a refrigerator and another for a washing machine. Both times they arrived on time and repaired the unit that day. Both of the guys were courteous and very professional. Would definitely use again.

I thought it was pretty good that they actually fixed it and then showed her how to fix it in the future so they wouldn't have to be called back out. I would use them again if needed.

Dryer was acting erratic. He told me several things to check before he made a service call. When those checked ok, he came and found the problem (computer sensor), got the part and replaced it the next day. Excellent service and price.
