This company is excellent. Lonnie contacted me by phone to triage the problem and Paul did the repair. Both men were kind, courteous and informative. Both men gave great advice and they were very fair. I hope I don't need their services again but if I do, I will call them first.

I received a second call from Paul Wallace (technician) around lunch time and set an appointment with him for 5:00pm, the same day of my service request. Paul quickly diagnosed the problem in less than 5 minutes, replaced the faulty thermostat, and had my air conditioning system running once again. Special thanks to Lonnie (owner) and Paul (technician) for the quick responce and same day service.
I highly recommend A/C Appliance Specialist and will continue to use them for all my hvac needs in my home.

I was supposed to have my new unit on Oct. 3rd because apparently it took all of the 2nd to find a unit for my house. I call late on the 3rd wandering where in the world my new unit was and then I was told it took till the 3rd to find the unit and it would be the 4th when the unit would be put in. Well, it's the 4th 8:30 at night and no one is answering their phone. It was 90 degrees today and will be 90 tomorrow and it seems that no one at the and quot;companyand quot; cares I have been out of air for 6 days now. I feel as though I have been forgotten about! I am MAD, unfortunately being mad isn't getting me or my animals cool. The tech is nice and all, but unfortunately that's not helping me out very much.
Update: I got AIR!!!! I got air two days after I was initially told, but when he came to install the unit was he was quick and professional. The main problem with this company is that it is impossible to get in touch with anyone!
