You may call or text (601) 706-9018. Owner opperated (father and son). Proffesional subs. Used when a specialty task requires it (such as tile, coping, plastering). We carry general liability & workers company insurance. Our normal service area is Clinton to Richland to Brandon to Madison. Always ask for a quote outside of this travel area. Our service call is $95.00. All work over $750.00 requires a written contract to clarify work scope and $ agreement. Emailed pictures of your equipment or other problem can often save the diagnostic trip.

It went terrible. Watched techs walk into my gate walk around my pool, do nothing and leave on several occasions. Each time I was charged for chemicals that were never used. I actually provided chemicals that disappeared and was still charged. They allowed my water level to get about 6 to 10 inches below my skimmer basket and left the pump running for an undetermined amount of time. Could have ended up costly. I was supposed to receive pictures upon arrival and departure that I never received. My pool was never "crystal clear" or "pristine clean". When I tried to address my concerns with the owner, he was very dismissive and rude, downright accusatory, condescending and belittling. I had them for quite some time and understand that you have individuals with a company that doesn't always do the job they are hired to do. I gave them plenty of time to correct the situation and make it right. I finally decided to go with another service provider.

"The tech did accidentally leave the filter on waste mode on the last visit. It's very unfortunate, but mistakes do happen. And the customer was not charged for the chemicals she provided, but she was charged for the chemicals WE provided. She did not provide all the necessary chemicals that her pool needed."

THEY INSTALLED THE BALBOA WATER GROUP LOWER CONTROL LOWER CONTROL SYSTEM W/HEATER BUT DID NOT INSTALL THE NEW (BWG) CONTROL PANEL WHICH WAS INCLUDED AND NOW AM UNABLE TO CONTROL THE WATER TEMP IN MY HOT TUB. CALLED BWG TECH. SUPPORT AND THEY SAID THAT THIS IS WHY. I CALLED SHANE AND SHARED THIS WITH HIM AND HE WAS VERY RUDE THAT I HAD CALLED THE MFG TECH SUPPORT ABOUT THE PROBLEM AND THEY REFUSED TO CORRECT THEIR MISTAKE---I WONDER WHAT THEY DID WITH CONTROL PANEL (58-138-1141) THAT WAS INCLUDED---IF YOU ARE A FEMALE AND HAVE THE NERVE TO QUESTION WELL GET READY TO BE INSULTED!

I highly recommend this company. I had been waiting for over 3 weeks for another company to come out and fix my equipment. I contacted Pool and Spa Masters on a Saturday afternoon and by Tuesday my pump was repaired. They would've come out on Monday to repair but Monday was a holiday. I will be using them for all of my pool repairs in the future!

Serviceman came to install a new Hayward pump I bought on Amazon.  He determined that pump was damaged in shipping so I ordered another.  He promptly returned to install it and showed me once again there was a problem with the second pump.  Ultimately, I bought a Hayward pump from Pool & Spa Masters for only $40 more than I would have paid at Amazon (trust me, this was NOT a ploy to sell me a pump...the serviceman wen to great lengths to get the Amazon pumps going and showed me carefully the problems and demonstrated the problems to me).  So he was timely, straight forward, and fair.  I was charged total labor for both trips of 2 hours which is totally fair.  I will use them again.
