Billy Wayne Parker

They did a good job, finished in less than a day.

This is the 2nd time I have had a roof installed ( due to hail damage) by Billy Wayne Parker. I am a perfectionist and both times the shingles and vast amount of flashing work were up to my high standards. I have a wrap- around porch and all of that had to get flashed on the 2nd story. Chimney flashing was also involved. Prior to his roofing, I had leaks around my flashing and worried about leaks during heavy rain storms. Thankfully, it is no longer a concern since his company did the flashing and roof!!

The first time I used him as a roofer, I got his name by word of mouth. I did not realize he was a general contractor.

This last time, I used him as my general contractor and he took care of all my hail damage around the house. Everything turned out great. He is a perfectionist himself, and he expects nothing less from his men. It took a lot of pressure and work off of me, for him to repair everything instead of me trying to get a separate worker for each damaged item around the house. My mortgage company wanted paperwork for each company working on the house. By having a general contractor, I was able to turn in one set of paperwork for all the work that he did. What a weight that was lifted off of me! I was impressed that the man who did the staining of the window frame, was able to provide such a good match!!

Both times I have been extremely satisfied. The workers were very polite, hard working and cleaned up after themselves.

Excellent - He came out and gave estimate same day I called- Used best materials to insure good long protection. Had a lot of other larger projects going but sent crew that Saturday and got it completed because I had stressed urgency due to leaks in my house from roof damage.

My experience with Billy has been great. The office staff is very helpful and informative. They came out to quote the job the same day I called. The office gave me a list of customers who's roofs I can look at and examine the roofing work done. They are in fact licensed and bonded. They went the extra mile to make sure I knew that.
