Welcome to LP Interiors and Design. In 2009, I graduated from the New York Institute of Interior Design and Sheffield Interior Design which provided me a professional foundation for what others have said about me for years before, "You have a natural eye for design and color combinations." My experience is in residential new construction and remodels. My design services range from comprehensive consultations and tossing ideas around, to picking out paint colors, to selecting flooring and wallpaper (it's BACK!), to selecting kitchen countertops and backsplash tile, and designing classy tile motifs for stove area or backsplash in general. Designing is what I LOVE doing. When I LOVE something this much, my goal is to see the LOVE in your rooms as well! I use local vendors whenever possible for ease of shopping and quickness of delivery, but should budget or supply/stock situations arise, I have professional accounts with many national vendors as well for delivery. I love the challenge to "stay within a given budget" and strive to meet budget or come in under budget. That doesn't mean "cheap." It means I value your hard-earned dollar and I shop for the best value, make your money stretch, all the while giving you beautiful new or updated rooms in your home. We take on small and large projects alike. On smaller projects payment is due upon completion. On larger jobs a material deposit is required and weekly draws will also be needed.

Both possess a B.S. of Construction Management and Have 7 years of experience in remodeling and new construction. CNS Construction offers free estimates even if you are not planning to do the work soon. Our goal is to give you the information you need to plan your project properly so that it can be successful. You will receive competitive pricing for high quality service. Whatever the price is in the original estimate is what you will be charged at the end of the project. Changes in price will only occur when there is a change in the scope of work and those prices will be negotiated at the time of the change. Also, if there will be multiple draws on the project, you will only be charged for work performed and completed at the time of the draw.
