"According to my company records, the date of last service/repairs for your system was in 2007, not 2010. I can't make it right if I don't know about it. 7 years after the fact is way beyond any warranty period that my company provides."

After the unit was installed Noon AIr did not do what was asked of him by us. My mother wanted the unit set at a certian temp and he would never set it where she wanted it. He kept telling her it was better at a certain degree then what she wanted it set at. To me this was VERY unprofessional of him.. It doesn't matter what YOU think as a healthy or good temp it is whatever the customer wants. Its her house, she lives there NOT YOU! He never would set it the way my mother wanted it and last time he was out to do "maintenance" on my mothers unit was asked him YET AGAIN to please set the temp to where my mother wanted it in which he replied "I will have to get my instruction manual out to figure out how to set it the way you want it" It wasn't that difficult!! I had a book I could set it the way my mother wanted it with my book! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL OF HIM!! He acted like if we didn't want it set the way he wanted it set then he just wasn't goin to do it. After this was all said and done my mothers roof now leaks because of him! He used the existing vent pipe that was there but broke the seal on it so now when it rains my mothers roof leaks. We called him back and he came to look but said he did "nothing wrong" that everything "was fine" but its not! The roof leaks because he broke the seal on the existing vent pipe that was there! Come to find out it should have never been tied into the existing pipe because that is a 3" metal pipe and this particular unit should be vented out with PVC Pipe! He is very unprofessional and doesn't admit to wrong doing when he knows he messed up! I DO NOT recommend this company to ANYONE!! Pleaze DO NOT use Noon Air!!

"My company has been out several time for routine maintenance, and did correct the vent pipe issue as soon as we were notified of it. Adjustments were made to the control setting as (member name removed) requested, after she said she was not happy after a trial period of optimum energy savings settings. If there were further issues, my company has not been contacted about it, nor has there been any response or replys to any of the several post cards that were sent to the customer."
