Inspection went extremely well and better than expected.
The Price was $500.00 due to the size of house and is comparable to other Inspectors if not lower. Houses smaller than mine are Lower in price. I believe there is a price range based off square footage. Like I said comparable and I pretty much knew the price before he told me.
Inspector was very professional and understandable and Looking in the manor of correspondence whether phone or email and the way he explained things and what he wore. Im retired military so looking professional even when conducting extreme tasks is very important to me and the inspector did that.
Gave me a my family piece of mind, in reassuring what I already knew and finding things that I didn't know existed.
The Actual Finished inspection product was very descriptive with pictures and no vagueness.
Devine Home Inspections left me with the impression that while there inspection was complete, that they would assist me in understanding or explaining things in the future. Not just "thanks" and "ba bye".
