Installation went fine. A few months later the system started leaking and our ceiling collapsed. He includes a full personal warranty and guarantee on his work. This guy kept dodging phone calls and voicemails for weeks. I finally had to call from an unknown number and leave a message about getting an installation quote. He returned the call almost immediately. He came out and fixed the leak and said he would get his guys to come fix the ceiling within the next few days. Its been months and he is still dodging us. He also lied about our breaker being fried and charged us to fix it. I told him everything was fine before he started working on it. He got offended and said it was our fault. He's a crook. Don't use him.
