Brad’s Electronics, Inc. began operation in 1997 with one DIRECTV installer covering Pontotoc, Mississippi and the surrounding area. The company now employs an office staff of fourteen who provide sales, scheduling, and customer support for twenty-three installers of DIRECTV, and Dish Network television and HughesNet Internet satellite systems for the states of Mississippi, Arkansas, and Northern Florida. From the beginning, Customer Service has been the top priority of the company.

Brad's Electronics (P10_C08) 207 Industrial Dr., Pontotoc, MS. (877) 815-6092, (866) 813-1511, (662) 488-4863), an independent contractor who sells and installs Hughesnet Internet service, was assigned to upgrade my system to their new Gen4 service. The installer Brad's sent to my location arrived on site 11/17/2012 and what was advertised as $99.00 upgrade with a rebate of $50.00 turned out to be a $339.99 overcharge by their installer! This issue is in no way any fault of Hughesnet. They simply assigned Brad's Electronics to perform the upgrade. Hughesnet, being the professionals they are, upon reviewing ny case against Brad's, agreed that this was a blatant and deliberate mis-use of their position as a private contractor, immediately reimbursed me for all the expense and trouble incurred by me.
Description of Work: Upgrade Internet system to the new Gen4 service.
