technician was knowlegeable, friendly, courteous, conversational. he was on the job from 2pm till 5:20 pm. he said its 198 dollars for the first hour then 145 dollars an hour after that plus parts. if i remember correct. i think the leaks he stopped will be ok. i will know in the next month, but the shocker came with the bill. i expected high end to be 400 dollars. 646.48 was a bit high for pretty standard plumbing repairs, i think. also 30-40 minutes of the time he went to town 5 miles away to home depot for the fill valve that he did not have on his truck. it just seems high cost. but i am glad to have the leaks fixed. again the repairs were professional and technician was courteous and knowlegable. they gave me a 30 day gaurantee. i f anything leaks they will come back and fix it.

We have a whole house vacuum system and there was something that was clogging it up. He was here for a while working to clear the blockage and did a wonderful job!
