I called them repeatedly to come out and fix the job and they never returned. I ended up having to call a lawyer who wrote a letter to them, and said if they didn't fix it we would have someone else out to fix it and send them a bill, which is what we ended up doing. They did pay us after another company came out to fix their mistake.
