Creed & Colby showed up in a large van & truck with trailer, heat pump & air handler. They had more power tools & equipment than a home builder. They did the tear out of old system, installled new, corrected problems from original install, ran duct to large closet with attic access, and new return air, new evaporate drain line with insulation all the way to house drain. Cleaned up after themselves & demoed the new thermostat. They worked like it was for the boss's mother. Quiet, professional, all equipment level, plumb, strapped, & centered. I was amazed. I did not have to suggest, argue, nada. Hauled off old stuff too. If the long term is like the install I'm in HVAC Valhalla. The price was the same as the quote & equal to a Rheem & Amana quote. When the downstairs unit goes Mike's a/c will get the job. David H

Inside units (about 12" H x  32" W) hang high up on our 10' walls. They are really not obtrusive, even in our 1920's style old cottage house. They would blend in seamlessly in newer construction.  They operate incredibly quietly. They are adjustable by individual remote controls: fan speed, tilt of the grill, temperature, etc. There is one unit hanging in each of 4 main rooms, and our rooms and halls all open up, for a good airflow floorplan. This system seems to work wonderfully here.
