I have used KDC 3 times now, when my thermostat went out, then a few months later when another part went out, and just recently after lightning struck the house. When the second part went out they could have fixed it and charged me for it, but instead they recommended another company because the unit was still under warranty and they didn t do warranty work for Rhem. This time it only cost me $90 to fix even though they had to come out twice. They also just put a new unit in my daughters house for a very reasonable price. I wouldn t call anybody else for a/c repairs.

Great service, helped to make sure units were functioning well and would be best for our needs. Had to change out inside and outside units. Very pleased with how well the units worked quickly and efficiently. Would recommend this company to anyone needing AC Heat repair replacement.

This was a new install so it was a little complex. He was very professional and I did ask a lot of questions. He actually knew what he was talking about which gave me the confidence and trust I was looking for in making sure that I hired the right pro.
