They worked on my water heater. They replaced the thermostat in the water heater. It is still not working. I called and made an appointment for them to come back out. They did not show up or call. I called again and he said he was out of town and his service man would be there Thursday between 4 & 6. After waiting until 6:30 with no one showing up or calling I called and left a message. No one returned my call. I called several time and left messages and no one returned my call. This company has taken $250.00 from me and we are still taking cold showers. I would never recommend this company because they are very unprofessional and do not seem to know what they are doing.

Prior to hurricane Katrina, I was quoted $125 for the job, including removal of the old dishwasher. When the job was completed after the storm, I was charged $273 and found the old dishwasher at the curb. It was a clear case of price-gouging, common after the storm. I contacted the BBB and wrote a letter to the contractor at their suggestion but it was ineffective, as as the BBB's later efforts.
