United Stamped Concrete

Contractor installed a stamped concrete uncovered patio adjoining my existing patio and poured the concrete where the water drained back against my house  instead of away from the house causing water to pool  about 1 1/2 inches deep at all three of the entry doors leading to the backyard.  I repeated contacted the contractor Jose Aguilar  for over 3 months with no result. When he finally came back after I threatened to obtain an attorney, he showed up at my house unannounced when I was at work and started to break up the overlay and my children happened to come home from school and called me.  His version of repairs was to take the concrete up to door level which based on 5 seperate contractors in Hattiesburg and Petal  was not acceptable allowing water to seep into  my brick and cause mold damage in my walls, also leaving no coverage if the water levels rose  it would start running directly  into my home.  I obtained an attorney and took him to court and finally got a negligence ruling against him yesterday 6/12/13.  Jose Aguilar  is rude and arrogant and I would highly recommended that you utilize someone other than his man .  Once he was confronted in court he then claimed that he does not understand English very well.  I hope this post will prevent anyone else from going through what we went through.
