Mayfield's employee's were very professional. The day I called, they came to my house. They charged my AC with coolant so that I could have some relief from the heat. I had a defective coil that was still under warranty. The next day, they were back with the replacement coil. The total charge for replacing the coil, and the previous days' service charge was only $590.00; actually a bit less than the estimate they had given me of $700.00 to $800.00 for both calls. As I had had a bad experience waiting for over 2 months with another company to get my coil replaced, Mayfield being able to come to my house, perform the first day's service charge and perform the coil replacement within 24 hours made me extremely happy.
