The service was fine. My problem with Leisure Time Pools is that they claimed I had not paid a bill from about 7 years ago and sent the bill to a collection agency. Even though I used them subsequent to this bill and they could have said then that they thought I had not paid a bill, they said nothing. I was able to show a cancelled check deposited by the pool service less than 14 days after I was invoiced. I don't like being dunned for a bill I paid in a timely manner.

Whatever you do, do not EVER depend on Shane or his services for pool cleaning/repair. He repaired the pool, but him coming to service it as per agreement is another issue. I personally feel like hunting him down and making him come do his d*** job. :(

Long story short, leak not fixed, pool costing $150 or so a month in water alone, can't keep the chemicals straight because we keep putting more tap water in. So we have a green pool that leaks and we can't enjoy it. Now looking for a new pool company to actually fix the problem.
