He said $25,000 would pay for the labor and all materials all we would have to do was move in. To date we paid him $25,360.00 plus we bought the cabinets, flooring and paint ourselves spending an extra $9,000.00 we are quiet a bit over budget he walks off the job saying we still owe him money when all we have is some Sheetrock, walls with paint that’s not finished and a roof that is chopped up, some poles and boards in back with dirt we bought extra thrown where the porch is supposed to be. A lot got started and nothing got finished. There was hot wires left sticking out of the walls and ceiling
Description of Work: We needed a new metal roof, screened in back porch, kitchen cabinets, flooring and paint throughout, electrical, a shower in master bath, pedastol sinks in both baths, wanted it changed from a 4 bedroom to a 2 bedroom, baseboards throughout, new front and back door, all bedroom and both baths needed new doors
