They were wonderful!!! The salesman was very professional and worked to get us all the features we wanted. We got the basic system with smoke detectors, glass break detector and keyfobs like you use to unlock your car. I dont have a home phone so they installed a cellular unit in it. My monthly monitoring bill is 1/2 the price of the other companies. I will definately recommend Capture Security to everyone.

How did it go? AWFUL BAD AWFUL QUICK! We were told this was the ONLY company we could use in the subdivision we were renting in. We met with the principals, and they were prompt BEFORE they got paid. They installed a system you can buy new off of eBay. It had no touch screen or anything other than arm and disarm. We informed them at the initial meeting that we did not have a copper phone line run into the building. They assured us that they could work with VOIP that WAS installed and operational. They installed all the items that we asked for and made them work. It was the end of the day, and they then asked for final payment. I went and got cash from the bank, since our new address checks had not arrived yet. They marked the invoice paid and drove off. LAST TIME WE HEARD FROM THEM! They claimed that they would be back the next day to crawl under the home and run the wire for the phone line connection to where the VOIP router was. Never came! We called, they said it was too wet under the house and they would come the next week. NEVER came again! We called several times and they never answered or returned the calls. We had the manager call them, same story, no return calls. So we paid 500 for an alarm that went WOOOO WOOOO if someone broken, NO police, no monitoring, NOTHING! We were burned and have nothing to show for it. And to make it worse, they claim to be police officers in Petal. I thought stealing was a crime! Unless you want to get snookered, stay away! To end the story, we went with APX Alarm! Awesome choice, it was cellular, touch screen and I can arm/disarm from the internet/phone. I can also control our thermostats... WAAAAAAY Better company! Sad, you try to give local business the opportunity to grow and make money in the community, and then some prove why you need to pay more and get the giant company to serve you. If I ran my business in this fashion, I would be on un employment by now.

"Customer was unwilling to opt for cellular service with initial alarm inspection. Customer was not forthcoming regarding VoIP requirements until after purchasing additional components. Customer was not willing to purchase additional component required for VoIP service. All alarm products are purchased through Digital Security Controls a division of TYCO. Home automation services are available on request. This customer made no comment regarding upgrading the basic system to touchscreens, home automation, or internet accessibility. Customer's basic system was installed prior to customer renting his manufactured home as part of an agreement with the developer. The invoice provided to the customer when he purchased additional components contained multiple contact numbers to include business address, business phone, business fax, mobile phone numbers for owner and manager, and multiple email contacts. Customer did not attempt to contact beyond one phone number. Contacted developer to enquire about customer; was informed customer made no attempts to reconcile. Business venues continue with both the developer, developer's other companies, and developer's employees' homes. "THEY" never claimed to be police officers in Petal. According to Merriam-Webster dictionary "steal" means - a : to take or appropriate without right or leave and with intent to keep or make use of wrongfully b : to take away by force or unjust means c : to take surreptitiously or without permission d : to appropriate to oneself or beyond one's proper share : make oneself the focus of . This customer never asked to pay nor was ever charged for anything beyond the purchase price of the components he desired AND the components were installed prior to receiving payment. Individuals should learn to employ proper grammar and punctuation techniques and skills prior to attempting defamation of a company while providing and advertisement for another."
