Mr. Bowman is a very reliable and a professional businessman. He and his crew were great at installing my new Carrier unit. They worked all day without even taking a lunch break. Most of the work was in my attic because my blower is in the attic along with all the duct work. They can't be beat in my opinion for this kind of work. I would highly recommend them to my neighbors and anyone else. Mr. Bowman does what he tells you and he does it on time.

I liked that they showed up. The coils were frozen so they had to come back after they thawed out. They were real nice about that and explained it all. They were going to come back the next day but they actually showed up later that afternoon, which was a good thing. They reacted to it a lot faster than they said they were going to which is always better than doing it afterwards. They were actually earlier than they said they would, which is a positive thing. I didn't compare their prices.
