They were punctual and got the pipe repaired. They said to replace the pipe I may as well replumb the house, which was a $5200 quote. Not sure how replacing one section of pipe should cost that much. I think they were preying on my inexperience and that I am a woman. I have a ton of plumbing jobs that I need done around the house and will not be using this company to do them.

Bill did exactly what I had asked of him, and was great. I would recommend hire.

On both occasions they came as soon as possible and got the work done. Very pleased both times. Their business is in Petal; to come to Laurel they charge an extra fee.

They were great. Came at last minute on a Friday afternoon, completed job within 2 hours and got house back on line with LP tank. Professional and courteous.

Very knowledgeable and experienced. Determined where the leak was, answered all questions, and gave a fair quote and date of repair. Work was finished in less than 3 hours. This was the 2nd time I've hired services from Bill's Plumbing. If needed, I would hire them again.

Did the work above described.  The snaking from kitchen and laundry I'm sure was one clog and charged for two (at $125 a throw) .  Should not have charged for two since it was one clog.  They stated the  high charge for this snaking out was because of hazard of getting onto roof.  
The reason for replacing the faucet on the sink that didn't fit was not because it had a problem, just because it was cheap looking.  We just wanted it to look better.  After they finished they stated I could have just purchase the faucet handles and it would look good (they could have not attempted to install it).  This cost us $40
One of the workers was just standing around while the bathroom fixture was being installed, and I asked him if he could snake out the bathroom tub.  I didn't expect a charge for this since he was just standing around.  Thought it would just be a courtesy.  This cost $80.
So total we paid $330 for the snake work.
They had to come back and re-snake the bathtub.  No charge, of course.
They had to come back to repair a leak after he tried to change faucet that didn't fit.    While here, pointed out faucet repaired wasn't draining properly, and this repaired in just a minute.  Of course, no charge.
So for two hours work, we got charted $530, no parts, labor only.

David is the guy who performed all the repairs for me last Friday. He is a very intelligent guy, who uses his brain while he is working. He can get the same thing done with a lot less time than other plumbers I've worked with in the past. Highly recommended! Ask for David when you call Bill's plumbing.

The job went smoothly and quickly. Only one slight problem, the connecting line was too short putting the assembly off center. They returned a few hours later and replaced it. All is well now. Good job.

Plumber did call day of service to provide approximate arrival time. After a 45 minute delay, another call was received informing that plumber was on the way.
Upon arrival, plumber inspected the project, decided items needed to remove garbage disposal and replace with regular sink plumbing. He then left for parts purchase.
After promptly returning, the job was completed quickly and correctly. No leaks, and project was completed 90 days ago.
Total charge was less than estimate, including parts.

Went above and beyond -- using 2 access points to be sure the job was done correctly. Used another service last July and the same job was $220.

He's a very quick responder. He usually comes out the same day or next day. He's honest and dependable.
