TES INC

This company was called in to replace our septic system and bring it up to code for the previous owner in order to sell the home to us. Shortly after moving in, we contacted TES, Inc. (AquaKlear, Inc) to address a problem with the system throwing a breaker occasionally and running overtime due to ground water entering the tanks. Eventually they sent a man out to inspect the system only to say he would recommend changing the breaker out. He stated he would talk to someone at the office and have them come out and look at possibly correcting the ground water situation. He then added some enzymes to the tank, and left. Almost 3 years later, no one has ever corrected the problem, and of course, the warranty has expired. My pump has gone out and I am dealing with back-ups and excess waste water issues. I contacted the company on 9/22/2014 and the girl stated she would have someone call or come by. 3 1/2 hours later I called back to find out if anyone was coming and if she ever researched my records. She still had no info for me and she stated someone would come out the following day. This was not what was told to me earlier. I have since dealt with the system myself by ordering a new pump and reinstalling it. Still having problems with the system due to poor work done by this company. Oh, by the way, no one ever called me back or showed up to check the system. This is costing me money I should not have had to spend. Poor follow up and poor customer service. Never again!
