Talked with operator and she said they would call back in the next few minutes and setup a time.  They called 2 hours later and said they could come now.  I was at doctors office and told them I may not be back but they could go ahead and see if they could find what was wrong.  They did not call me back with an estimate.  They left a big pile of dirt in my yard for me to fix.  Received the bill and it was $128 more than my neighbors to fix the same thing by a different company.  They charged a $10 fuel surcharge which they did not disclose and charged tax on the fuel surcharge.  Will never use them again and will tell my neighbors to not use them.  I have never had any company that came out and did service work charge me a fuel service charge.  Very disappointed
