The repairman was very sneeky and wouldn't let me see him work. He kept blocking my view. I wanted the old part back as I was suspicious that it needed to be replaced, but he said that he needed to turn it back in and that I couldn't have it. In checking around I was told that this was not true as they don't require the old unit when a brand new unit is purchased. I have never been more suspicious of a home repairman in my life. I feel I was ripped off. When he left there were several screws and cover plates he did not put back.
Description of Work: Was told that the blower motor needed to be replaced. It was replaced and it still didn't work. I was then told that the circuit board needed to be replaced also. I noticed on the old circuit board taht there were dustlines on it that could be causing the problem in the first place. Finally he got it working with the old circuit board but I had to get a different repairman the next day to get it to work right. It would only work on AC and not heating.
