It is a nice clean gym. It is ladies only so there is no pressure. I enjoy it. I enjoy the atmosphere and the people there. They are very friendly and it is just a nice clean gym. It smells good.

It is clean, they are caring organization. They will give you time on the floor. They will make up a program for you. It is very clean. The hours are good, but I would like the weekends to be a little longer.
