Computer Fix

Today, in about fifteen minutes, he fixed a problem with QuickBooks ProAdvisor wherein I could not access the Training Module and could not download QB 2018. Yesterday I spent 2 hours, 5 minutes on a QB technical support call, and they still could not fix the problems. In fact they are supposed to call me back today to try to fix it. No need, thanks to Brandon! Today he also upgraded me from Windows 8.1 to 10 and now everything works better. Plus he found a free downloadable version and saved me about $120 on buying Windows 10. Brandon Garletts at Computer Fix has been my computer/software go-to guy for the past five years or so. He is an expert! He has fixed every problem I've had such as getting Microsoft Outlook to sync properly with my iPhone and iPad, installing a better Start Menu, or setting up my new computer. He can fix virtually any software/printer/computer issue. He recently helped me greatly by installing a solid state hard drive that saves me several minutes on startup of my computer and startup of new programs such as QuickBooks. He takes time to explain what he’s doing and why. I have recommended him to several clients and friends and he has always been able to help them.

We have been using Brandon Garletts for several years now. He has never failed to correct problems with our computer and printer. He has also fixed our TV.
