They took the time to track down all the problems with my AC rather than just replace it. I called them to get a second opinion after the first provider wanted to replace my almost new equipment for big dollars. They are honest and knowledgeable and reasonable. If I had called them first the service call would have been much less but the provider that worked on my AC before them disabled my equipment and made it harder to fix. Will be the first ones I call in the future.

Description of Work: Had issue with first technician who did not do agreed upon work. 2nd technician did fine. Service manager did not return call. They charged me $125 more than quoted. | |Previous work they had done was good, but this experience was terrible and I will not use them again.

AC unit stopped working April 8 2013, called Comfort Designs April 9, 2013 they came out that day and gave us an estimate to replace AC only and they gave us an estimate to replace AC/Heat. We decided to replace AC and Heat, they came out the next day and replaced AC and heating units. Very satisfied.
Description of Work: Replaced 20 year old heating and air conditioning units.
