I had problems with on demand for a couple of weeks. My bill was 000 for the whole month. I actually received a call from a HUMAN BEING who assessed the problem and had it fixed the same day. She said she would give me a good deal on compensation, and turns out she followed through.
I realize that this may be a one time thing and they'll disappoint me eventually, but it made me happy for a little while!
