I paid extra for them to do my baseboards. Not only did they not clean my baseboards, they didn't dust, clean the guest bathroom or make up the beds. They didn't clean the shower in the master bath. They did a sloppy job on the glass and floors. I have pets and there was lines of wet fur on the floor because they didn't sweep or vacuum before mopping. I would never use this service again.
